The team consist of Ruben van den Boogaard and Mark Hekkert collaborated with Jamal Azzouz and Joel Langeveld. The house is on a covered parking and adjacent to the water. The access is via a ramp, creating division in the three longitudinal, which also forms sightlines. The kitchen is designed by the stairs to the first floor and forms a separation between the living and dining room.
