This luxurious private residence achievement by Sweden based architects Lindvall A&D, located in south of Malmo Sweden. These are dynamic architectural design arrangement of architecture and nature together to be idealistic residential ideas.
The sole existing indication of a priority of private space is the master bedroom which is situated in an upper mezzanine like level. The whole residence is pure white with wooden fixtures to soften the minimalistic forms of architecture. Custom made furniture has been designed solely for this residence and only the absolutely essential items constitute the furniture of this single family house
The bathrooms are minimalistically designed with pure right angled edged units, giving a taste of boldness through the marble and the iregulated veining. This is a design example that expresses a controlled design through an uncontrolled finish.
From the Architects“The building site borders a water filled lime quarry that offers dramatic views over what has become a lake. The entrance side is facing a road with some traffic and is hence a rather closed volume. The part of the building facing the lake is more open, through the generous windows the inside of the house integrates with the surroundings. Most of the interior fittings and furniture are special designed for the house in question”
