A View From The Top in Penthouse Downtown Montreal by René Desjardins

This soft welcoming penthouse interior was done by Canadian interior designer René Desjardins and the penthouse apartment is located indowntown Montreal, Quebec. It has a superb view of downtown Montreal, Mount Royal and St. Lawrence River, and perhaps this is the most magnificent penthouse with the best view in Montreal. The challenge over the interior design was to create a bright, warm loft style apartment by the client. So the interior designer decided to give advice to build a large contemporary lofts of Manhattan or L.A, a loft with a true genuine identity that can speak out loud its calm and comfort overlooking at the city.

This penthouse interior has space as wide as 3,300 square feet and it’s positioned on the 23rd floor. The apartment features with the living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a living area/home theatre. The focal point of this penthouse will be the large main room where the floors are finished in a nice ash baked to a warm caffe latte color. The walls have several paintings which is very natural which makes it friendlier. The contemporary apartment interior has a clean design surrounded in a nice changing light form the city and it also provide a warmth of a home and the freedom to enjoy views from the top.
