We’ve seen this kind of apartment design lately in France as well as Spain. What you’re about to see today is the modern apartment building design in Spain. This modern architectural building was built parallel to the slope in that area. This new apartment design occupies 20,000 square meters of area, located in Madrid and it’s developed by Jorge Martinez and Laura Sanchez, where both apparently come from the same architecture company, Coco Architecture.
As a new social housing designed, this modern apartment design is very eye catching, thanks to the square volumes which kind of make statement that this new social housing building is more than just being an ordinary housing. From this apartment modern design you can see many views, but of course it doesn’t just come from one single apartment windows. You can see the city, garden, street life and many other things.
Additional rooms floating outside this modern building design were designated to accommodate what’s so called expression of the new approach. They are all rooms from the inside but on the outside, it becomes a building with unique façade. The additional blocks look quite odd at the first time, but since we’ve seen pretty much building designed like this, we’re kind of enjoying it.
