It was a pleasing moment to see this Ordinary House, a minimalist house made by Akasaka Shinichiro Atelier. The resident was built near Sapporo, Japan, a small residential with mostly square volume that faces Mount Moiwa. This house is Zen home design. It’s clean, uncluttered, neat, and more over this is the kind of how a serene house should be.

Thanks to the architecture philosophy behind the minimalist Zen house design, Akasaka, the Japanese architecture, stated “we think of our fundamental role as designing human-to-human and human-to-environment relationships. Our goal is to create architecture whose meaning and purpose is derived through ongoing communication with clients.”

This simple home design is a two storey house design in the simplest form. Akasaka Shinichiro Atelier offers a relatively simple minimalist residential design with large window covering the house. This minimalist home design offers a rare glimpse of the finest Japanese style homes that can be found today in Japan, offering the inhabitants with practical solutions and playful details that make the Japanese architecture timeless within simple natural elements. The walls at this small Japanese home design were clad in aluminum.

We really like how the large windows can bring the nature into the small minimalist house. It sought spaciousness in deliberately small spaces, and a feeling of eternity. A house’s interior should not just be protected from nature but to be integrated with nature in harmony. This Japanese Zen house design truly reflects that and looks even sweeter during the winter. It’s a surprising Japanese modern house that should be taken into note and we can’t stop on wonder how beautiful Japanese modern housings are. This house results the kind of modern Japanese home design that speak to the soul and seem to hold time still. It provides the simple base from which to deal with the world.
